What we can work on
Every refresher lesson is built around you. Common requests include the big roundabouts around Cwmbran and Newport, joining and leaving the M4 and the A4042, parallel and bay parking, and driving at night or in the rain. Lessons are in a dual-control car, so you're safe while you rebuild confidence.
Prices
Refresher lessons are the same price as any other lesson: £35 for an hour, or £70 for two hours. Two-hour lessons often suit refreshers, as there's time to get out onto faster roads. See all prices.

Who are refresher lessons for?
Anyone with a full licence who wants to feel more confident: people who haven't driven for a while, nervous drivers, people new to driving in the UK, or anyone wanting help with motorways, busy roundabouts or parking.
How many refresher lessons will I need?
Many drivers only need two to four hours. Your first lesson includes a relaxed drive so Dafydd can see what you'd like to work on.
Can we practise on the motorway?
Yes. Qualified drivers can practise on the M4 and local dual carriageways, with dual controls for peace of mind.
Can I use my own car?
Lessons are in Dafydd's dual-control VW Golf, which is the safest way to rebuild confidence. Ask if you'd like to finish with a drive in your own car.
